environments and equipments, and are
an extension of our company safety-way
values.

Operate within design or environmental
limits.
Operate in a safe and controlled condition.
Ensure safety devices are in place and
functioning.
Follow safe work practices and procedures.
Meet or exceed customer’s requirements.
Maintain integrity of dedicated system.
Comply with all applicable rules and
regulations.
Address abnormal conditions.
Follow written procedures for high risk or
unusual situations.
Involve the right people in decisions that
affect procedures and equipment.

in our business operation hence we focus on
ensuring that all our employees are well
trained and
imbibe health safety and environmental sound
health, practices at our locations and at
Clients’ locations.
Some of the rules
guiding our employees to ensure safe
discharge of products are as follows:
• Our Drivers must ensure
Fire Extinguishers fitted on the trucks are
not only functional but must indicate
high pressure before such truck can
be activated for use.
• Driver/truck assistant must check tanker
compartments to ensure no leakages before
each loading and
after discharge at delivery points.
• All power generating equipments close to
discharge points must be turned off before
discharge
• Driver/assistant must ensure there are no
leakages from hose reels before discharge.
• They must also ensure that there is no
further transfer of products from receiving
tank/dump during
discharge.
• Truck driver must not drive faster than
70kmph within the metropolis and maximum of
90kmph on
highways.
• Safety boots and helmets must be worn
where a driver or assistant has reason to go
atop the tanker
• Protective overall with company logo must
be worn at all times on duty.
• Ensure availability of at least 9kg BCE
Dry Powder Fire extinguisher before each
loading/discharge.
• Drivers must avoid as much as possible
high‐density areas and areas of heat and
flame.
• In addition, maintenance of other safety
provisions at discharge points as stipulated
by the Client
